This evaluation allows your kinesiologist to get important information on your health status. We look at your medical history, cardiovascular disease risk profile, body mass index, waist and hip circumference, resting blood pressure and resting heart rate.
The second step is your tailored exercise program. This exercise prescription made by your kinesiologist is optimized for you and is based on your fitness assessment results.
Your kinesiologist will show you the proper technique for your prescribed exercises and will do all the necessary corrections to optimize your movement and reduce your risk of injury
Following your tailored exercise program, home personal training will allow your kinesiologist to supervise your movements in order to maximize your results and reduce your chances of injuries.
